Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to all smart pet products purchased from www.furlunie.com and is provided in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

1. Statutory Warranty (EU Consumer Rights)

All consumers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) of 24 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU law and the German Civil Code (BGB).

This statutory warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Products that do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery

For the first 12 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.

This statutory warranty applies regardless of any additional commercial warranty offered by Furlunie.

2. Furlunie Commercial Warranty (Voluntary)

In addition to your statutory rights, Furlunie voluntarily offers a 12-month commercial warranty from the date of delivery for eligible products.

This commercial warranty covers:

  • Functional failures caused by manufacturing defects

  • Malfunctions under normal, intended use

At our discretion, we may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Provide an equivalent refund

This commercial warranty does not limit or replace your statutory rights.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

  • Damage caused by accidents, liquid exposure, or external force

  • Consumable parts and accessories

  • Products used for commercial or professional purposes

4. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at:

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect

We may attempt remote troubleshooting before requesting a physical return to ensure a faster resolution.

5. Return of Defective Products

If a return is required for warranty service:

  • We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of authorization

Confirmed warranty cases will not incur return shipping costs.

6. Warranty and Returns Relationship

Warranty claims are handled separately from returns or withdrawal requests.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

This Warranty Policy does not exclude or limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for personal injury or gross negligence.
