1. PROCESSING & HANDLING
- All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CET) on Fridays or during weekends will be processed the following Monday.
- Pre-orders/Customized Items: Please allow 2–4 weeks for processing. We practice a "Full-Ship" policy; all items will be dispatched together once the entire order is ready.

European Union (EU): 3 – 7 business days

United Kingdom & Switzerland: 4 – 8 business days

Rest of the World: 7 – 15 business days
Standard shipping: €40 – €60 (depending on destination and package weight)
Note: FURLUNIE automatic litter boxes are large and contain sensitive electronic components. Shipping costs include reinforced packaging and careful handling to ensure your product arrives safely.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Inside EU: Prices include VAT. No additional customs duties apply.
Outside EU (e.g., UK, CH, USA): Orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. UNCOLLECTED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a delivery is refused or uncollected, the customer will be responsible for:
1. The original shipping cost.
2. The actual return shipping fee charged by the carrier. These amounts will be deducted from your final refund.
