Note: FURLUNIE automatic litter boxes are large and contain sensitive electronic components. Shipping costs include reinforced packaging and careful handling to ensure your product arrives safely.
All orders are shipped from within the European Union.
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT imposed by the destination country.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
FURLUNIE has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary by country.
All paid orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CET) on Fridays or during weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.
If your order includes pre-order or customized items, please allow an additional 2–4 weeks for processing.
We ship all items together once your entire order is ready.
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you by email.
You may choose to:
Resend the order after paying the new shipping cost, or
Cancel the order, in which case we will refund the purchase amount minus the original shipping and return costs.

Include your order number and indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
After receiving confirmation, you will have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a FURLUNIE error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
If your order included a free gift or sample, these must also be returned. If not, their value will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. FURLUNIE is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.
