This website is operated by Furlunie. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Furlunie. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These Terms apply to all orders placed via furlunie.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. The contract is concluded with Furlunie.

2. PRICES AND VAT

For customers within the European Union, prices displayed include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the destination country's regulations.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWA

Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us via furlunie@gmail.com.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by EU law, unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods are provided through Shopify-supported payment providers.
We do not store full payment card details.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

5. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation

A binding purchase contract is formed only when:

  • You place an order, and

  • We send you an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and destinations are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and German Civil Code §355.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Remote Support

Before physical returns, we may offer remote support and troubleshooting via email, photos, or video to resolve common issues efficiently.

9. Warranty and Liability

9.1 Statutory Warranty

EU consumers benefit from a statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) under applicable law.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for:

  • Intent or gross negligence

  • Injury to life, body, or health

  • Mandatory statutory liability

For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Furlunie or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. User Content

If you submit reviews, images, videos, or other content:

  • You confirm you own the rights or have permission

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the consumer has their habitual residence, ensuring you the protection of the mandatory provisions of your local consumer law.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
